South Wood County Recreation Center thanks you for your support!

The South Wood County Recreation Center (SWCRC) is very thankful for all their sponsors, volunteers, and members of the South Wood County Youth Hockey Association and the Wisconsin Rapids Figure Skating Club. The support of our volunteers and generous sponsors helps reduce the costs for all those who utilize the ice rink.

This season starts our 31st year of indoor ice skating at South Wood County Recreation Center.  We are very grateful for the visions SWC 2000 saw for our community.  Thank you for supporting us throughout our journey. 

Our sponsorship year runs annually from July 1 to June 30 and by choosing one of our various advertising options, you are not only raising awareness for your business or organization. You are supporting all the organizations that call the SWCRC their home ice rink, as well as the various events we host every year that bring visitors to the area. 

Our ice season has grown to mid-July through May 1st, and our on-ice events include: Curling; Learn to Skate USA; public skating sessions; community field trips; the South Wood County Youth Hockey Association; WIAA Red Raider Hockey; the Wisconsin Rapids Figure Skating Club; and the Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings. We invite you to stop by the ice rink for one of these events, and experience all we have to offer!
